Our team building « Formula 1 » reminds the famous international competition, with its decor, the podium, and our team dressed as formula 1 technicians!
Each team must conceive and build a car with an outstanding look for their stable!
Animation Concept provides the equipment, the wood, the wheels, the paint, and the protection helmets.
Each team provide their skills, their strategy, their imagination and their efforts! Who will win the big race? Who will get a position on the podium?
A very special day, where fun and competition meets!
5 (five) participants per team are suggested. Team building “Formula 1” includes the animation (minimum one host and two assistants), sonorisation, music and all material required to build the cars. It includes also the decor, with the arch “Départ Arrivée”, the podium, race flags, fanions, and the medals for the big winners.
-Installation of the ”pit stops”, racing track, and decor, sonorisation, etc (2 hours)
-hosting of the event, conception of the cars, challenges, etc (2 hours)
-Hosting of the qualifications
-Hosting of the race (with Formula 1 soundtrack)
-Compilation of the results (5 minutes)
-Medals ceremony for the winners (10 minutes)
-Take off (1 hour 30)

-Sonorisation

-The podium 1-2-3
-1 host and 2 assistants

-The field (a 150 à 200 pers. capacity)
-2 tables for the animation team
-1 table PER TEAM (or each pit stop)
-Electrical facilities (power supply)
-Meal for the animation team (min.3)
